[Plugin: Top 10] Exclude specific pages by ID

    I have a need to exclude specific pages by ID.

    This would be a great feature for a future release but I need this sooner rather than later. Is anyone able to offer advice on what PHP I should use to to hardcode this change into the top-10.php file that comes with this plugin.
