I notice the option for optimizing T10 DB tables. I use a plug in (WP-Optimize) to optimize all tables in my WP in a regular bssis. Do I need to use Top 10 option for that too?

Carlos, the terminologies are a bit different here. WP-Optimize runs the OPTIMIZE command on mysql tables

What the Top 10 options does is to TRUNCATE the daily tables so that they are resetted and all old data is cleaned out.
