    Hi Cheryl,

    Sorry to hear about the issue. There could have been other conflicting plugins that would have caused this error once they were enabled at the same time as track that stat.

    Currently we have many people using the most recent version without any issues, so this could be caused by a number of reasons.

    I think a whole day is pretty ridiculous for response time from your current host and I do apologize for the trouble.

    Typically when this happens, you can simply rename the actual plugin folder to disable it. Then you can contact us to let us know so we can look into the issue further: http://trackthatstat.org/contact-us/

    My stat counter stopped working and had shown no visits etc. since last Wednesday – how do I fix it?

    Are you not getting any visitors from within the graph of there are no stats for the full script?

    It seems as though after my update on thursday no new tracking data is showing up in the graph or lists. Any help on this one?

    After the update, my graph is showing nothing past September 18. (It’s now the 29th.)

    Any suggestions? If I can’t get it fixed I’ll have to look for a new plugin and that’s too bad because up to now, it’s been great. Thanks!

    Mine dashboard chart only shows dates from the 9/3 to 9/17 – but is blank. Everything seems to work elsewhere. Any chance the dashboard will be fixed soon?

    Yes, for me too the update made the program very bad and I cannot see my stats at all anymore ! Bring back the old plugin please ?

    I just rolled out version 1.2.3 this should fix all dashboard issues and other graph problems.
