Where on the form are you trying to change the wording? I tried filling out the form and leaving out the email and I did get this message:

This is likely due to an incomplete set of translations being used by Jetpack. You can view the status of different translations here:

It looks like the Polish translation has many untranslated strings.

I checked the translation for the Polish locale, and the (required) string looks translated at my end.
Could you please double-check for me that there are no other plugins or themes that might be overwriting the translations?
If you don’t find any clashes, we can check with our Internationalization team about that; in the meantime, you’re also welcome to contact the Polish Polyglots team to see if they can spot any missing bits in the translation that I can’t see at the moment.

Could you please clarify which code you are referring to? Do you have any kind of two-factor authentication enabled on your site via any plugin?
Also, right now, I’m seeing your site, and the login page is also loading.
Could you please let us know if you are seeing a white page when you log in to the site’s WP Admin?

I’m sorry you’re still having trouble. Let me make sure I understand the issue:
– You’re having trouble translating (required) into Polish in the Jetpack contact form.
– Stef suggested contacting us via our contact form, but you were seeing a blank page there.
Can you please let us know exactly what happens when you try to submit our contact form? Screenshots would be a big help.
I would also suggest contacting the Polish Polyglots team directly, as they may be able to advise on the translation issue.
