Plugin translations are not working

I’m using Loco Translate to translate my plugins and theme. While I can generate translation files for plugins, I’m unable to generate any for the theme. Although the plugins appear to be translated successfully when I check the plugin translations, they aren’t reflected on the frontend. For instance, when searching on the Shop page, it still says “Showing products” in English. I’ve checked the plugin translation and it seems to have been translated into Turkish correctly, but it’s not reflecting on the frontend. How can I fix this? I’ve checked the files and found the languages folder in wp-contents, but Loco Translate doesn’t seem to be functioning correctly.
