Plugin Triggering “Compromised Site” by Google

Hi there. We were running Google Ads and got hit with a “Compromised Site” policy on our website. Google support stated the following domain was found to be a “malicious link” in their tools causing it to be flagged: cdn.files-text.com

The link seems to be used for the Chatbot icon that is displayed.

Is there any way to address this issue as we have had to disable the Livechat / Chatbot plugin on our site.
