Plugin triggers 404 error

I created a sitemap page with the shortcode:

[simple-sitemap exclude=”17031, 16940, 12,16932,” order=”asc” types=”page, post, category, listing”]

And I get a 404 error: http://www.malibuluxuryrealty.com/sitemap/

This 404 error does not lead to the familiar 404 template of my site.
