[Plugin: Tweetable] Multiple auto-tweets

    While making a blog post, if auto tweet is enabled, it makes duplicate tweets. Is there a way to tackle the situation? Please update the plugin to check this out.

    P.S. Twitter Tools has implemented something like this for digest posts.
