[Plugin: TweetMeme Button] Feature request: Use title when tweeting (code included)

I just installed the TweetMeme plugin, and I don’t see any Setting page. When I click on the button, it only tweets the article no via @

I thought that’s the whole point, to make it easier to people to RT. I would appreciate someone’s help in this, of where to add the via@, every other plugin has setting, and this one doesn’t.
