[Plugin: Twitter Tools] Incorrect post URL on WordPressMu

    when using multisite mode in wordpress 3 with multiple domain names, twitter tools will not use the domain assigned to a single blog but that of the main wordpress installation. i don’t know how twitter tools determine the url, but ‘home’ and ‘siteurl’ both put out the correct address. since the url shortener doesn’t work either, this should be fixed!
