Following an upgrade to WP 3.4, I lost access to all WP administration. I disabled all plug-ins by changing folder names.
Admin access was restored, but upon enabling Twitter Tools, WP admin died again. I attempted a re-install of Twitter Tools and again, WP admin became unavailable.

Same here. I deactivated the plugin, and activated it again, then it worked.

I’m not sure why it worked again. Anyway, it’s also not fetching new tweets, and I hated version 3.0.1 .. Many features went missing!
