[Plugin: Twitter Tools] using custom fields to set #hashtags

I’m starting to use Marsedit as 3rd party tool for blogging.

Is there a way to set the custom field id – for example _aktt_hash_meta to work for new posts?

Anyone had any luck with custom fields and Twitter tools?
