[Plugin: Types – Custom Fields and Custom Post Types Management] Modify Post Loop to include Events

I have been advised to modify my Posts Loop to include a custom posts / events,
My Question is: Will this Types Plugin be able to do this for me?
Please see below for the info I was given,
Events are different than posts – events = custom post (that’s how wordpress defines custom post types).
To include events when displaying posts, you have to modify your posts loop to include events.
