[Plugin: Ultimate Maintenance Mode] Showin maintenance active

I was thinking your great plugin was lacking an indication for maintenance mode active and you did add the function in the last version 🙂
But I think it’s not visible enough and all the bar should be red (or something showing all the width of the page).
