[Plugin: Ultimate Post Type Manager] Custom field saving/ordering

This plugin has saved me hours of development. Thank you!

2 bugs related to custom fields:

When creating a new custom field, the display order is not saved. You have to save (create) it, go back and edit it and save it again.

If you have a display order with more than a single digit the ordering is incorrect. Try adding a field with an order of 5, and then another with 10, and another with 15 to test.
