[Plugin: Ultimate Post Type Manager] Sorting the default admin/table view

How do i make it so when someone clicks on [custom post type] in the admin, it lists all the entries by Publish Date in DESC order (like the regular Posts tab does)… right now, it seems to have no order at all and my writers have to keep clicking the Date heading link….
