[Plugin: Ultimate Taxonomy Manager] PLEASE: Fix PHP Notices

This plugin throws a lot of PHP notices when you run it. PLEASE: when you develop a plugin, change your php.ini to display all PHP Errors, Warnings, and Notices. That’s the ONLY way to ensure that you are writing clean code. Many users will not trust a plugin that is not written cleanly. I certainly don’t.
