If the settings page did not load properly, then you have a plugin conflict or you have a javascript issue. This is most likely caused by another plugin you are using which is not isolating it’s javascript calls to just it’s individual settings page.
I’m sure if you deactivated all your other plugins and started with Ultimate Tinymce… it would load properly.
Ultimate Tinymce crashed my multi site

I got the site back, it was down for 10 min or so due to Ultimate Tinymce upgrade. But it made it through. I was panicking.
It failed to upgrade
I think i will not attempt again. It is working just fine as is.

Hi,
I’m not entirely sure why you experienced issues. Were you given any error or warning notices at any point?
Did you upgrade from the last, most recent version?
