Plugin unable to write in its plugin directory?

    I have been running this plugin for a few weeks. Now, all of a sudden I am receiving the following errors…

    I am also no longer able to save a prompt message (the only configurable item for this plugin).

    Any thoughts? There is plenty of free disk space on the server!
