    Could I know how do I download updates for my lifetime subscription?
    By clicking on> Check for updates
    of the plugin> Profilegrid Woocommerce Wishlist
    He tells me it is out of date, how do I update it?

    Hello @alexbyby,

    Extensions are not upgradeable from the plugins list inside dashboard. You’ll have to first download the extension zip file on your computer and then install it as new plugin. Before doing this, please delete the older extension version from the plugins list in dashboard.

    This I understood for myself.
    The question was, where do I download the update from?
    Precisely I wanted to know if you make it available in my area, and anyway how does one understand when it’s time to update?
    This > Profilegrid Woocommerce Wishlist> in> Check for updates > gives me this result > A new version of this plugin is available.

    Hello @alexbyby,

    Whenever extension update is available, a message displays in plugin list in dashboard saying that new version is available and then you may update the extension using zip file.

    You may download the extensions latest version from our site by referring the following steps :

    1. Log into https://metagauss.com/login ​

    2. Click on link: https://metagauss.com/checkout/purchase-history/

    3. Click on “View Details and Download” link.

    4. On the next page, you should be able to see all the extensions available under your purchase.

    5. Download and install.
