Thanks for providing the link, it tells me the code for that shortcode is missing. Do you have the MSTW League Manager Add-ons plugin installed? If so, please deactivate it and try again. If that works, you will need to upgrade the Add-ons to version 2.7. Either way, please let me know and we will figure it out.

just tried the deaactivate/reactivate and it didn’t work
The Add-on is only at version 2.3 so need to update to match the league manager which is at 2.7
how do i do the update?
do i need to purchase the newer version? am i past my year?
