Plugin update – Header broken!
-
Hi there
I’ve just updated the Mobile Menu plugin and lost my logo from the mobile header, which is now showing the desktop header for some reason.
Any suggestions?

Hi Rui,
After update i cannot see my logo in header. (mobile usage)
But if i resize my browser to mobile view it appears…Any suggestion?
https://www.hospvetsantamarinha.com/Thank you!
There is a new Logo retina field so you are probably checking it in a retina device like an iPhone.
The ideal is to upload the current logo with the double size of the dimensions so it will look really good in retina devices.
As a fallback you can upload the same logo image.
Let me know if it worked and apologize for any inconvenience.
@takanakui Thanks once again!
Now i think it’s ok!
Logo doesn’t appear only in homepage right now, but it’s a cache question i think.Best regards
Hi Rui,
I set the padding to 0 and header heaight to 120 px But the header still looks very elongated. Any Suggestions?
Thanks,
Jorge
@hospvetsantamarinha That’s great.
@jimenezsotoj1 can you provide the site URL to have a look?

@jimenezsotoj1 Thanks. I replied your email. Let’s continue there the conversation.
I am having the same problem. My logo was a .png file that was loading fine before the update. Now it is not showing up on any phone. But if I resize a browser down to a small size then it shows up there for some reason. I do not have any special custom css or js code.
Hi @daronwall30230,
Can you upload the same logo to the new Retina logo field?
After that clear the browser cache and test again.Also let me know your site url so I can double check it.
I’m fixing this situation and will release an update shortly.
I put it into the Retna field and it shows now. Thanks
The site is: Laserfied.comNot that this is a big deal but the X in my left menu is much bigger than the x in the right menu.
Laserfied.com@daronwall30230 Great.
It seems that I forgot to adopt the new close option on the right side. Will fix that.
There are some new fields where you can choose the Close button, open submenu and close submenu. There is also a new option to set a border style between the menu items.
We are having a maybe similar problem.
Since we updated the plugin to the latest version we have a blank page on the frontend. Enabling the debuggin told us this:Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to private method TitanFrameworkCSS::getCSSSlug() from context 'WP_Mobile_Menu_Core' in /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-content/plugins/mobile-menu/includes/class-wp-mobile-menu-core.php:52 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): WP_Mobile_Menu_Core->load_dynamic_css_style('') #1 /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-includes/general-template.php(2614): do_action('wp_head') #4 /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-content/themes/techline/header.php(26): wp_head() #5 /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-includes/template.php(688): require_once('/var/www/client...') #6 /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-includes/template.php(647): load_template('/var/www/client...', true) #7 /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-includes/general-template.php(41 in /var/www/clients/client0/web3/web/wp-content/plugins/mobile-menu/includes/class-wp-mobile-menu-core.php on line 52Any ideas? @manni97 That’s strange, can you delete the plugin and install it again?
Can you also double check what is your PHP version? The recommended is 7.0Already tried uninstalling/reinstalling.
Also tried to install the old version again but I couldn’t find it.
Before reinstalling we emptied the cache as well.PHP is version 7.2.9
