Hi, thanks for reaching out. I’m not sure I fully understand exactly what’s missing – could you perhaps take 2 screeshots – 1 showing the updates, and 1 where they’re missing so we can see exactly what’s affected.

The plugin hides pending updates, those warnings of a new version is available…
When I disable Shield, the notifications come back.

Under Shield > Config > Security Admin
Please uncheck to restrict Plugin Updates within Restriction Zones

Do you have any other plugins installed that manage or affect updates? Other security plugins too? Anything at all? If so, could you test deactivating them to see if you still have the problem while Shield is active

No, only Shield could affect updates.
I’ve tried disabling it but none of them seem to have an effect like Shield did.

can you trying disabling the security admin module entirely? If that doesn’t help, could try disabling each module in-turn until the problem disappears and let us know what module fixes the problem when it’s disabled.

OBS: I disabled some (one by one) and it didn’t work, and then with all of them it didn’t work either. It seems to be some internal conflict of the plugin.

Hi, I managed to solve it. Apparently it was just changing here for “false” – , I think the default setting of hiding notifications is having a problem (even when disabled, it remains in the code as on), try to take a look.
Here’s the code:

You can find it at wp-simple-firewall>config>plugin.json in your files directory
