[Plugin: Use Google Libraries] Causes weird errors in 3.3-aortic

And by weird I mean while it was activated, every single WP smiley/emoticon plugin failed to load until I deactivated it.

I’m not entirely sure what the causality there is, but as soon as I turned it off, the other plugins worked.
