[Plugin: User Access Manager] cannot add links?

I have one user group and all Subscribers (the WP user level) are assigned to it. I’m in the dashboard as Admin. I’m editing a page and trying to add a link. The popup comes up and I can see the option to enter the URL or select an existing resource from within the site but it won’t let me. I can’t past in a URL nor will clicking on an existing page put the URL in the field. Did I do something?
