[Plugin: User Community] Plugin doesn’t appear in list to Activate

Using php 5.x and mysql 5.x – Unzipped component and copied folder into plugins folder.

The component is not recognized in the Plugins admin area, and hence cannot be activated.

Everything seems correct otherwise.
