Looking for a user rating plugin

    Hi, I’m lookig for a User Rating Plugin for posts, like the one you find here for any plugin review: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/akismet/reviews/

    In particular I need:
    – user management
    – manage rating in comments
    – admin approve feature
    – average rating for the post (that is the calculated according to the user ratings)
    – rating breakdown

    I installed really many plugin from this site but anyone does not provide everything (even PRO versions). Do you know if there is something that fits 100%?
