I tried a test.
Update from 8.1.0 ^^ 8.1.4 –> phone and message will be reset.
Downgrade 8.1.6 to 8.1.0 —> phone and message will be reset.
I think this is an error of plugin.
@jozuakunn Hi mate,
We’ve tried to reproduce this issue on our local environment, and the phone number and message were preserved correctly.
We tested updating from 8.1.0 to 8.1.6 and also rolling back versions, and in all cases the values remained unchanged. You can see our tests here:

At the moment, we haven’t received similar reports from other users. That said, we’ll keep a close eye on this behavior in upcoming updates to ensure it doesn’t occur.
Best regards,
QuadLayers Support Team.

Hi there,
Thank you for the update. Before reaching my conclusion, I tried twice and encountered the same error. At this point, I believe there may be a conflict with some plugins, and I will try a different approach to investigate further after your response.
I appreciate your time.
Hi @jozuakunn
Thanks for the update.
Given that we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue on our side and that the version remain preserved in our tests, it does seem likely that this behavior could be related to a plugin or theme conflict specific to your setup.
If you’re able to isolate which plugin or configuration might be causing it, feel free to share the details and we’ll be happy to take another look.
Best regards,
QuadLayers Support Team
