Plugin uses wrong @parameter for Facebook page.

Hi folks, i am using the plugin for some time now and it worked kinda fine, besides, that it looses the settings, if it gets deactivated.

And that is where the issue started. I had to deactivate the plugin and since i activated it again, i am not able to post on facebook any more. I connected my account again and it tries to use the Page name, with an @ in front of it, instead of the actual @parameter. This issue was not there before and i do not realy know, how to overcome it.

Also if you have a hint on how to keep the settings after deactivating, i would be glad to hear it.
