[Plugin: Vanilla Forums] Cannot redeclare vf_widget_discussions

On a self hosted Vanilla forum set-up I am getting lots of error in the line of:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare vf_widget_discussions() (previously declared in {path-to}\wp-content\plugins\vanilla-forums\widgets.php:33) in {path-to}\wp-content\plugins\vanilla-forums\widgets.php on line 33
