Plugin version not updated in plugins directory and no notification to users

Hey,

I’ve gone over all previous threads regarding this issue, didn’t find a solution.
I’ve followed the instructions here to update the plugin code and create a new tag (version).

The new code is uploaded but:
1. In the plugin directory – the big download button doesn’t show the current version (it just says “Download Version”).
2. In the plugin directory in the “Compatibility” section (bottom right) – the “current version” in the dropdown is empty.
3. Users how have the plugin installed don’t get an update notification in admin that there is a new version of the plugin. I’ve waited 24 hours.
