Plugin version not updating

I have recently updated my plugin (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/featured-posts-with-multiple-custom-groups-fpmcg/) readme.txt to include that it supports WordPress 3.8
Have also added the files to new version folder under tags.

Problem is in plugin page it is still showing the old version. If I click to download it the zip folder name however is showing new version.

Please help
