[Plugin: VisitorsCafe Video Chat] can't get a code

Tried to install this plugin. It wants a code that I presumably can get on their website after registration. I registered and received this line: Congratulations! Here is the code you can use to activate this plugin: And nothing! An empty field after that. If anyone used this plugin, please let me know how to make it work. Thank you!
