[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Condition

I’ve used a checkbox to insert the disclaimer “Conditions for subscription bla bla”, and it must be selected YES to send the form, if not the registration form won’t be sent and maybe a message should appear…
Is there the possibility to add this kind of control to the form?
