[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Created forms are missing

    Hi.,
    i created like 5 forms and now those are missing in the Visual Form Builder >> Forms options area, though i can access the forms by going to url

    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=visual-form-builder&form=1
    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=visual-form-builder&form=2
    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=visual-form-builder&form=3
    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=visual-form-builder&form=4

    but the top list of created forms is missing.

    also the forms are viewable on pages where i used form shortcodes.

    looking for some help here.,
