I have several required fields for my form.

When I go to the form on the website and fill in just the verification code and no other fields, I am not getting any message stating I didn’t complete the required fields. I only get a message if I don’t fill in a number for the verification.

Any one else having this problem?

Might be another plugin is interfering with the jQuery Form Validation. Link?

I haven’t disabled any plugins as of yet.

Thanks for the link. The validation JS isn’t being included on the page which is why you are getting that message. It could well be your theme that isn’t queuing up their JS correctly or a plugin.

Have you tried temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Eleven and seeing if your form works?

The Twenty Ten theme worked properly, so it is the theme. I’ll get in touch with the developers.
