    i start encountered problem after upgraded to wordpress 3.4, it cache my admin control panel.

    when i activate plugin, it show deactivate, after i empty all cache, then only work.

    also not well integrate with cloudflare cdn.

    since lastest version already over half year, i think you should update it.
