[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] – Deactivated now Errors

I deactivated this plugin, and received this error:

AND – on every page is listed this:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/content/17/11910217/html/wp-content/object-cache.php.

I re-installed the plugin, but unable to activate it. Still receiving the same errors above when I try to activate it.
