• I enabled debug info in general settings, but nothing shows on page source. Why is that?

    And I have this message:
It appears Minify URL rewriting is not working. If using apache, verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess or if using nginx verify all configuration files are included in the configuration.

I was trying to find fix for it but I didn’t succeed. I would appreciate if someone could help me.

Does it appear if you disable minify completely?

No, it won’t appear, I tried that.
Actually I find out that W3TC won’t work for me at all! It just isn’t caching anything. I tried other caching plugins, but none of them are working. Why isn’t caching working? Could it be hosts fault?

It’s not likely your hosts fault. Any chance you can temporarily: switch to the twentyeleven theme and deactivate all other plugins except W3TC and see if it starts working then?
