[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Disabling CDN also disables caching

I do not use a CDN. When I uncheck the CDN option, the “Deselect this option to disable all caching functionality” option at the top of the page also unchecks itself. Using debug mode verifies that the pages are not caching.

Re-selecting the caching option also re-selects the CDN check box. This does enable caching, but I don’t know if there’s some other server load or other issue that takes place when the plugin is looking for a CDN server.
