I have a successful network setup with domains mapping properly. W3TC has been installed and is caching the main blog normally.

I get the “Page Caching using disk: enhanced (User is logged in)” message at the bottom of the source code on the main blog.

The other sites do not display that message. I get this:

<!– Performance optimized by W3 Total Cache. Learn more: http://www.w3-edge.com/wordpress-plugins/

    Served from: ***********.com @ 2012-01-19 14:03:05 –>

No page caching is noted and load testing suggests that caching is not implemented correctly.

    Here is what I did:

I installed the plugin and activated on each site. I did not network activate the plugin. Deselected the “Cache requests only for *****.com hostname” option on the main blog, exported the settings and then imported them into the other blogs.

    Any thoughts?

It would appear that a plugin or the theme is interfering with the actual caching process. To confirm you can temporarily switch the theme to twentyleven or deactivate plugins, re-active them one-by-one.
