    First make sure you set page caching to disk enhanced mode. Then check the HTML comment in when you view the source code of your page and see if the date changes when you refresh (make sure you’re logged out of WordPress when you check), alternatively you can check wp-content/w3tc/pgcache/ to see if any files exist there after browsing your site while logged out.
