Is there an alternative link for the PDF documentation for weblibrarian ?

The link provided on the plugin page http://plugins.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/weblibrarian/assets/user_manual/user_manual.pdf
does nothing for me

Nevermind .. it was a browser problem .. reboot solved the problem whatever problem it was.
