[Plugin] What's the right plugin to use?

Hello,
I am looking for a plugin that allow to build a user-generated portfolio (wall, board).
People should be able to submit a “Project” (Image, Title and brief Description) directly on the page using the submit button.
I want to achieve a similar result to bulletin/news boards like iboard or kingkongboard plugins with the difference that users will be also able to post a featured image.
Is there a plugin to meet my needs?
