I have the same problem. When I attempt to add an image to a page, instead of getting the usual editor where you can choose a thumbnail size, links and the rest, all I get is a short field with File Name, File type, Upload Date, and Dimensions. Under that is a “Use This Image “button.
That’s it, all of the usual thumbnail, link URL, alignment and other options are gone. If I deactivate the plugin everything goes back to normal.

I can’t replicate this issue – we are testing on WP 3.4.1. So unless it’s the other plugin you’re using, or, that it’s an older version of WordPress.
I am using WP3.4.2 and the newest White Label CMS, and the editor just cam e up blank – no button, no cursor; with Page, Blog, and other custom post types too.
Any hints?
I am also using WP3.4.2, Graphene Theme 1.8.1 and White Label CMS 1.5 and I am not able to upload images to a page or post as the administrator, although I can upload new media directly to the library. I see the icon on the page, the hover message and the script appears at the bottom left of my window, but it doesn’t do anything. I see a lot of potential for the plug-in, so please help me sort this out.

I’ve just tested it on WP 3.5 Multisite environment, but I can’t replicate this issue. Has the problem solved?

My website is using:

– Force Regenerate Thumbnails Version 1.3
– M-vSlider Version 2.1.3
– Resize At Upload Plus Version 1.3
– Simple Ads Manager Version 1.7.57
– Simple Lightbox Version 1.6.3.1
– Slick Contact Forms Version 1.3.7
– WP SlimStat Version 2.8.7
My tests result:
– White Label CMS “Upload” button > “From Computer” is working correctly.
– White Label CMS “Upload” button > “Media Library” is working correctly.
– Login Logo on login page is changed correctly.
– “Add Media” button > “Upload Files” on post edit page is working correctly.
– “Add Media” button > “Media Library” on post edit page is working correctly.
– “Add Media” button > “Upload Files” on page edit page is working correctly.
– “Add Media” button > “Media Library” on page edit page is working correctly.
– “Media” > “Add New” is working correctly.
– So far I found no problem with this plugin.
I love this plugin, hope everything is working correctly. Anyone if you found any issue please report and provide the detais about the plugins being used and its version.
