[Plugin: Widget Logic] Widgets Disappeared

I moved my site from one directory to another (same server). The site worked absolutely fine after the initial move. Then, I logged in a bit later and went to the plugins section. I got a few errors saying, “Plugin does not have a valid header”, and Widget Logic and some other plugins were deactivated. I went in to shell and chmoded the plugins directory recursively and returned to the admin and re-activated the plugins. Everything worked fine, except Widget Logic. All of my many widgets disappeared from the site. Further, when I try to create a new basic text widget, it doesn’t appear. I checked the DB and the content for the widgets is still there. So, any ides how to fix it?
