Is there anything i need to consider when adding the plugin onto a site that has lots of users who are members. I have had a few messages saying people struggled to login, I feel this is down to the actual membership plugin, not ninja firewall.

Disable users whitelist.>> I have it set to this, not sure if thats right or not.

Block user accounts creation – is unchecked.

It is possible any settings in the firewall could block users logging in? If so, what do I need to adjust to make it all good.

    Regards

How do they login: via the wp-login.php as everyone do, or there’s a specific login page?
Is there any error message when they fail to log in?
Do you see anything related to this in the log (“Firewall Log” page)?

I can’t see why they would be blocked when trying to log in. The previous version 3.x add a small bug that, sometimes only, would require to login twice but it has been fixed.

    Hi
Its the usual login page, it tries to login, then asks to login again, I will monitor it, I feels its the plugin for membership thats the issue but they are saying otherwise.

I just wanted to try and make sure its not a known issue.

You are using the latest version 4.0.1?
