Plugin with database query

    Hi,

    I’ve searched all through the web and I don’t know what to do any more. I’m looking for a plugin that shows the user a form with optional fields, and the after filling said for and clicking submit, I want it to query a desired table in my database and return the information in form of a table with the desired filters.

    Basically… form > query > return table.

    Is there anything like this out there? Thanks

    Or perhaps there’s a way I can do it manually? I’m not all that great with php but I can learn quick if I have a snippet or know what to search for.
