    Hey Crystal,

    The plugin is always tested as best as possible using WP Debug, that said bugs do happen, the only way to find out the actual cause is to either enable debugging or check your servers error logs and report the message here. I would be glad to help but this is the first report ive seen.

    Works great on a fresh install.
