Hi @kscliche101 are you able to see your store inside of the Mailchimp App? I suggest doing a clean disconnect and reconnect. Here are some other tips to help:

If after you try this, please swing around and let us know. Also, please try and enable the Remote Diagnostics feature found in the plugin’s Settings tab. This allows the Mailchimp for WooCommerce development team to diagnose and fix the issue remotely. IF you do not see this option, you probably are not connected. Let us know!
